BIO
Sometimes angry, always cuddly, New York duo Dez & Nobs put out the underground classic, "Behemoth" through Fingerprint Records in 2006 and have been hopping off planes to hug rappers and kiss waitresses ever since. Sharing the stage with the likes of Atmosphere, Wu-Tang Clan, Busta Rhymes, Ghostface Killah, 2Mex, Astronautilus, Gym Class Heroes, Say Anything, Cobra Starship and many others, they have shown their readiness and ability to break out of the underground stigma and catch the same rotation as their heroes. Both doing guest spots on friends' projects and releasing free music for their thousands of devoted and adoring fans who have supported them in the meantime, while carving and sculpting their long-awaited follow-up "Rocky Dennis."

CLOUT
"Let me start by saying, I just plain like this record.
After some time deep in builder mode, Dez and Nobs have returned with one of the best underground hip-hop albums I've heard this year. The chemistry of the duo is evident throughout the project, giving the listener a sense of purpose and continuity that is essential to any competitive record in a market of extremely talented peers."
POTHOLES IN MY BLOG
"To many, the names Dez & Nobs may be new, although that is likely to change soon. The promising New York duo is tearing through the underground with vicious raps that twist their way through fascinating, raw production. Following up their 2006 effort, Behemoth, producer Nobs and rapper Dez are set to unveil their latest full-length, the impressive Rocky Dennis (yes, named after the boy with the disfigured face)."
POPULAR OPINIONS WITH CHAZ KANGAS
"Originally titled Behemoth 2: Rocky Dennis as an intended sequel to their 2006 collaborative debut, they've scrapped the prefix in favor of letting this album stand on its own, and rightfully so. While their previous effort was a critical darling and the sleeper hit of the indierap world that year, Rocky Dennis makes it sounds positively average by comparison."
